Medical and dental insurance is offered to employees and their families and this premium is partially paid by the company.
Carpentry Contractors Co. offers a life insurance plan and the premium is paid by the Company. We also offer additional employee life insurance, as well as dependent life insurance, at competitive rates.
Paid vacation is earned each pay period, and the amount earned is based upon years of service with the Company.
All full-time, regular employees are eligible for Holiday pay based on the company Holiday schedule.
We understand the importance of planning for the future, and our 401(k) plan is a tool we offer to assist our employees with retirement planning.
Our company is committed to safety, and we expect our employees to share in this commitment. We offer an extensive safety training program to help assure our employees to return home every day with out injury. As an incentive to practice safe working conditions, our employees who successfully complete the probationary period without an injury receive vacation time added to their balance. Thereafter if our employees remain injury free they will also receive vacation time added to their balance on a semi-annual basis.
